With the S.A.D. diet we are eating in America today it stands to reason that we have poor health both physically, emotionally. Mental and Physical problems are rising quickly today and I would like to coach you to a better way of living. Oh yeah, you might not know what the sad diet is. It is the Standard American Diet. Ultra-Processed and chemically laced foods we eat most days. We are over-fed but we are under nourished.
